A weekend of great practices with the added benefit of a cleansing, invigorating juice fast.
We have composed a delicious schedule of practices, meditations, talks and Yoga Nidras all as a support to guide you through a physical, mental and emotional cleanse.
The value of a juice detox has been know for centuries, and yogis have benefitted from this for long. Going through a period with healthy, organic and vitamin/mineral packed juices boosts the immune system, gives the liver and gallbladder a break - and pauses the overworked digestive tract - which allows the intestines and stomach to release waste.
As we move into deep winter time - less light, more work and often times an added pace to life - you might realise that you need extra nourishment, a health boost to combat the challenges - and also the support your practice can provide in regards to centering and grounding. This detox and yoga weekend will provide of of that!

Our detox weekend includes two and a half days of juices made from a mix of organic fruits and vegetables. All made with love and packed with nourishment.
To get the most out of your detox weekend, it is recommended that you begin cutting back on coffee, sugars, meat, processed food, and alcohol a few days before the weekend begins. On Friday, we recommend you simplify your meals by starting the day with oatmeal or a smoothie and having a soup or salad for lunch.
We will gather on Friday at 16.00 for an introduction where you will get your juices for Friday evening which includes tea, juice and a lemon for starting out on Saturday morning. When you arrive at Yogafactory on Saturday, you will get the freshly made juices for the day and then before leaving in the afternoon you will get the juices for the evening and for Sunday morning.
There is plenty of juice to sustain you through these days and we don’t expect you to be hungry. However, it is advised to have some plain, unsalted nuts at hand and to drink water throughout the fast as well.
