  • CORE CONNECTION Awareness, Strength & Pelvic Floor Health

    Date: Saturday June 6th Time: 3 - 5 pm Price: 500 dkk ( members get 25% off)

The pelvic floor is part of your core - not separate from it.
In this two-hour workshop we explore how breath, awareness, and load influence both abdominal strength and pelvic floor function. Many people unknowingly train with too much tension or inefficient pressure management, which can contribute to instability, back discomfort, or pelvic symptoms.

This workshop offers a practical and embodied approach to core training — building strength without gripping or strain.
    We’ll explore:
How the diaphragm, abdominal wall, back muscles, and pelvic floor work together

    Breath awareness and pressure regulation

Gentle and effective practices for support and pain reduction

How to adapt strength work if you experience leaking, heaviness, weakness, or tension

    Intelligent and progressive core strengthening

Suitable for all genders and levels. Especially relevant for yoga practitioners who want a stronger, more responsive center, or who are navigating pelvic floor imbalance, discomfort, or pain.

The workshop includes a clear introduction to the anatomy, guided practice, time for questions, and a closing relaxation.

Leah Wrobel is a certified yoga therapist, author, and experienced yoga teacher specializing in pelvic floor health. With over 20 years of teaching, she is known for her clear and intelligent approach to core training, integrating functional anatomy, breath awareness, and progressive strength to build lasting resilience in the body.

  • Nervous System Reset - A Yin Yoga, Pranayama & Yoga Nidra Workshop

    Date: Saturday June 27th Time: 3 - 5 pm Price: 500 dkk ( members get 25% off)

It is essential to teach our nervous system to release tension, stress, fear and anxiety and to take in energy and vitality. This workshop will empower you to reset and face any challenges life might throw your way.

In the yin practice we hold asana positions for longer than in other yoga practices. This is to stretch deeper into our connective tissue which has a unique calming effect on our nervous system.

Through guided breathing techniques, pranayama, we can shift our level of energy and transcend any negative emotions. You will be taught techniques that have calming as well as energising effects.

Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice that settles the practitioner into the ultimate state of ease and stillness. Known to heal trauma, stress and anxiety the practice of Yoga Nidra is highly relevant when focus is the stabilisation of the nervous system.

  • Renewal & Recharge, A Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra Workshop

Date: Saturday August 29th. Time: 3 - 5 pm Price: 500 dkk (members get 25% off)

Step into a sanctuary of deep rest and gentle renewal with this Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra workshop. Designed to soothe the nervous system and invite profound relaxation, this experience weaves together long-held, floor-based Yin postures with the effortless stillness of guided Yoga Nidra. As the body slowly releases tension, the breath softens and the mind begins to settle, creating space for clarity, balance, and inner ease.

Yin Yoga targets the deeper layers of connective tissue, encouraging flexibility, joint health, and energetic flow, while cultivating patience and mindful awareness. The practice then transitions seamlessly into Yoga Nidra—often called “yogic sleep”—a deeply restorative meditation that guides you into a state between waking and dreaming, where stress dissolves and the body’s natural healing processes are activated.

This workshop is suitable for all levels and is especially nourishing for anyone feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or in need of grounding. Expect to leave feeling rested, replenished, and gently reconnected to yourself—carrying a sense of calm and spaciousness long after the practice ends.

Kristina Babette Larsen teaches this workshop.
