    A Yin workshop to store the energy, find clarity and build balance.

    The Fall Equinox, when the light and the dark make up equal parts of the day, marks the beginning of the harvesting and composting phases of the year. As the weather gets cooler, we begin to draw energy inward, lending us time to pause, reflect, take stock of and process what came of the summer growing season.

    In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Fall is associated with the lungs and large intestine organ systems, which govern the respiratory and elimination function of the body. These systems are powerfully symbolic for the natural giving and receiving cycle of life. The lungs accept oxygen and later release it as carbon dioxide. Similarly, as food nutrients enter the large intestines, they are later released as waste. The same parallel can be drawn in nature, when the many coloured leaves, perform an encore on their way down toward the earth before taking their final bow.

    Skønhed kommer indefra og dens udfoldelse hjælper vi på vej i denne workshop.

    Kroppens primære chakras (de 7 energicentre) aktiveres gennem yin stillinger, åndedræts øvelser og meditation og bidrager til balance i alle de vitale organer. Stagnationer og spændinger løsnes i hele kroppen og ansigtet, og du vil opleve en større indre frihed med kontakt til dit indre ståsted placeret i hjertets fundament.

    Når ansigtet inddrages aktivt og bevidst, får vi fat i mange af de små muskler der strækkes og styrkes. Mange oplever færre kæbespændinger og hovedpiner, mindre stress og kvaliteten af søvnen højnes.

    Udover yogaens stærke, positive indvirkning på krop og sind bidrager ansigtsyoga blandt andet til en stærkere udstråling med en sundere, opstrammet hud, klare øjne, løftede øjenbryn og færre træthedstegn. 

    Du tilbydes en lækker økologisk olie til pleje af ansigtet når vi praktiserer ansigtsyogaen, og du får et lille ansigtsyoga hverdagsprogram med hjem.

  • Nervous System reset - A Yin Yoga, Pranayama & Yoga Nidra Workshop

    It is essential to teach our nervous system to release tension, stress, fear and anxiety and to take in energy and vitality. This workshop will empower you to reset and face any challenges life might throw your way.

    In the yin practice we hold asana positions for longer than in other yoga practices. This is to stretch deeper into our connective tissue which has a unique calming effect on our nervous system.

    Through guided breathing techniques, pranayama, we can shift our level of energy and transcend any negative emotions. You will be taught techniques that have calming as well as energising effects.

    Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice that settles the practitioner into the ultimate state of ease and stillness. Known to heal trauma, stress and anxiety the practice of Yoga Nidra is highly relevant when focus is the stabilisation of the nervous system.

    A weekend of great practices with the added benefit of a cleansing, invigorating juice faste.

    We have composed a delicious schedule of practices, meditations, talks and Yoga Nidras all as a support to guide you through a physical, mental and emotional cleanse.

     The value of a juice detox has been know for centuries, and yogis have benefitted from this for long. Going through a period with healthy, organic and vitamin/mineral packed juices boosts the immune system, gives the liver and gallbladder a break - and pauses the overworked digestive tract - which allows the intestines and stomach to release waste.

     As we approach winter - less sun, more work and maybe an added pace to your everyday life - you might get to realise that you need extra nourishment, a health boost to combat the challenges - but also a dive into your practice. This weekend clears the body, and mind, it strengthens the immune system, calms the nervous system and lifts the energy. Get a healthy glow - a feeling of lightness and an abundance of energy!

  • Detox yin Yoga Workshop

    Date: Saturday January 10th Time: 2 - 4 pm Price: 400 dkk (members get 20% off)

    This 2 hour long workshop holds cleansing and rejuvenation as focal points.

    When you detox, get rid of toxins, physically and mentally, what is left is your true essence. Well functioning organs are essential for that. This Yin Yoga class focuses on the kidney & liver meridians. It revitalises the body through the kidneys - and detoxes the body through the liver. You will end up with more energy.

    Through twists, stretches, pressure and long held poses we support the ongoing processes of the organs. As we place in a steady breathing, supported inversions and slow movements the nervous system switches from alert to restful. When the nervous system is calm the healing, digesting and detox starts.

    We will also devour a long Yoga Nidra ( yogic sleep) known to provide the practitioner with the ressources needed to move forwards into changes and challenges that lies ahead.

    Expect an afternoon of bliss as we treat you to tea, dates & healing hands.
