    It is essential to teach our nervous system to release tension, stress, fear and anxiety and to take in energy and vitality. This workshop will empower you to reset and face any challenges life might throw your way.

    In the yin practice we hold asana positions for longer than in other yoga practices. This is to stretch deeper into our connective tissue which has a unique calming effect on our nervous system.

    Through guided breathing techniques, pranayama, we can shift our level of energy and transcend any negative emotions. You will be taught techniques that have calming as well as energising effects.

    Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice that settles the practitioner into the ultimate state of ease and stillness. Known to heal trauma, stress and anxiety the practice of Yoga Nidra is highly relevant when focus is the stabilisation of the nervous system.

  • Detox Yin Yoga Workshop

    This 2 hour long workshop holds cleansing and rejuvenation as focal points.

    When you detox, get rid of toxins, physically and mentally, what is left is your true essence. Well functioning organs are essential for that. This Yin Yoga class focuses on the kidney & liver meridians. It revitalises the body through the kidneys - and detoxes the body through the liver. You will end up with more energy.

    Through twists, stretches, pressure and long held poses we support the ongoing processes of the organs. As we place in a steady breathing, supported inversions and slow movements the nervous system switches from alert to restful. When the nervous system is calm the healing, digesting and detox starts.

    We will also devour a long Yoga Nidra ( yogic sleep) known to provide the practitioner with the ressources needed to move forwards into changes and challenges that lies ahead.

    Expect an afternoon of bliss as we treat you to tea, dates & healing hands.

    Vi har bevæget os ind i et nyt år. En ny periode hvor du måske har brug for at opnå større klarhed for retning og prioriteringer i dit liv.

    Gennem yin yoga stillinger, åndedrætspraksis og meditation, slippes spændinger og åbner op for ny energi og næring. Det giver plads til at mærke dig selv på et dybere plan.

    I yogafilosofien findes begrebet ’Sankalpa’. Det er en dyb, indre sandhed hos dig selv, der kan handle om hvordan du vil være i verden. Det italesættes i nutid, altså som noget der allerede eksisterer. Det kan være en stor hjælp for dig at bruge dit Sankalpa til at støtte din retning i det nye år, og jeg inviterer dig derfor til refleksion gennem meditation og kontakten til din krop.

    Uanset hvad dine behov og ønsker er, tilbydes du mulighed for lindring, indre fred og mere fysisk og mental rummelighed gennem eftermiddagens praksis.

    In an ever changing - and challenging world we need tools to keep the mind steady, focused and clear.

    A daily meditation practice supports you through all the shifts, turns and turmoil of life. It keeps you grounded, resilient and present.

    `Access Your Stillness´ is a combination of a grounding Yin practice and a guide to meditation. We start out in long held shapes, creating a steady foundation for the meditation.

    Then taking you step by step into the tradition of meditation as practiced by The Himalayan masters. You will receive a thorough guidance into each part of this specific practice.

    The workshop is a combined Yin & meditation practice.

    The workshop builds a foundation for daily practices and can be followed by a session where you receive your personal mantra.
