Victoria Waugh

Victoria found yoga at a young age, going to classes with her mom while living in California. She continued to deepen her practice as she got older, learning more about herself and how to live a life through listening to her heart. Originally from California, she moved to Denmark in 2015, took a 200-hour RYT in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin in Copenhagen and then in 2018, attended a 300-hour RYT in Yoga Therapy in Rishikesh. In addition, she now has another 500-hour Living Yogi YTT from India, and a 90-hour Pre & Postnatal YTT. Through these teacher trainings, she continues to open her mind to an even deeper knowledge to the meaning of yoga in the exploration of life's purpose.

Victoria loves teaching powerful Vinyasa and Hatha classes incorporating different Pranayama techniques with the intention of being fully present and tuning into the mind, body, and breath. To notice the small intricacies of one's being in order to dive deeper into the question 'Who am I?.'

Victoria's classes are taught in Sanskrit and English.

Not only is Victoria teaching at Yogafactory but she manages the studio as well, feel free to ask her any questions you may have!

Cecilie Svensson

The fusion of power and softness, and how the two can intertwine in a dynamic and strong practice but also in gentler branches of a yoga practice is what interests Cecilie the most in her own life as well as in her teachings. How we balance and apply these two qualities to our personal practice on and off the mat is of great learning to her. Fundamentally yoga keeps reminding her to stay present in this life. Its the ongoing work of staying true to her values and beliefs and yet soft and open to the continuous and inevitable change that is life. At its best, yoga sharpens Cecilie’s insight and softens her understanding and offers her the opportunity to look at herself and her surroundings from a kinder and more honest place.

Cecilie has been teaching since 2016. She teaches vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative and pre/postnatal. Her classes are a mix of listening, feeling, moving, and playing, and as much as she values the philosophical and emotionel aspect of a practice, she also loves a good flow. Cecilie looks forward to meeting you at the studio soon!
