This training will give you profound insights into the world of yoga. Having practiced and taught for more than two decades Nynne and Kristina offers a generous training combining lessons in sequencing, alignment and intelligent movement and lectures based on the vast wisdom coming from the yogic tradition. There's 10 classes at Yogafactory included in the teacher training and another 10 classes where the students co-teach a class. These are planned in before the final weekend of teachings.

As a student in this Yoga Teacher training you will receive a well balanced combination of guided practices consisting of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation to integrate the lectures. This teacher training is set up as a string of intense courses taking you into all things yoga, with a strong focus of the holistic and wise approach coming from the ancient tradition of the yogis.
