Kristina Babette Larsen
Kristina’s path into yoga began in Bangladesh, where she first encountered the transformative power of classical Hatha yoga, cultivating both inner resilience and a deep sense of calm. Her journey evolved further following a pivotal meeting with a healer and yoga master in Uganda, inspiring her to pursue an authentic and in-depth exploration of yoga’s origins and traditions.
Over the years, Kristina has undertaken extensive teacher trainings across South Africa, India, the United States, France, and the United Kingdom. She holds certifications in Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, and has completed advanced training modules in Hatha, Kundalini, and Kriya Yoga. This diverse educational foundation allows her to offer a well-rounded and integrative approach to practice and teaching.
Kristina has trained extensively with internationally respected teacher Jason Crandell, earning the E-RYT 500 designation. She is also a certified Yoga Nidra teacher, facilitating practices that guide students into deep states of restorative awareness, often referred to as conscious yogic sleep.
In recent years, her work has been profoundly influenced by the integrated methodology of Sattva Yoga Academy in India, where she completed a Master Teacher Training. Alongside this, she pursued an in-depth study of Jyotish (Vedic astrology), gaining insight into the relationship between cosmic patterns and human experience. Kristina offers personalized chart readings for individuals, families, and groups, supporting greater self-understanding and alignment.
With a professional background in nursing and dietetics, Kristina brings a grounded, holistic perspective to her work, bridging modern health sciences with traditional yogic wisdom. Asaada Corley
Asaada found yoga in 2013 when she was a student at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia. At that time, she was recovering from an injury she had acquired from her years as a competitive cheerleader. She discovered that her school offered free yoga classes. Since she was desperate for a source of physical healing, she decided to give yoga a try.
That first yoga class not only offered a space for Asaada to discover gentle ways to move her body, it also provided her with the necessary tools to quiet the chatter in her mind. She had never felt so at peace with herself. She instantly knew that she wanted to share yoga with others. A few months later, she attended her first 200 hour yoga teacher training.
Asaada teaches upbeat, playful flows that inspire you to find joy through movement. You will be invited to try new things, while fostering a deeper connection to your breath, body, and mind. She aims to create a space where you can feel empowered to express yourself as you develop strength from the inside out. Asaada teaches Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Rocket Yoga.
