Yoga Retreats

Leaving Copenhagen ( or else where in the world) the 28th of March 2025 for an 8 day journey, broadening your spiritual and cultural horizon - and refining your yoga and meditation practice.

This journey takes you to the yoga capital of the world; Rishikesh. Here we will practice in the pristine, green and lush area of Bhairava Nagar. Overlooking The Ganges and with the Himalayas surrounding us - we will immerse ourselves in the traditions and ceremonies of Yoga.

Rishikesh has a long history of being home to Gurus, Saddhus and seekers - and is referred to as The Source by spiritual leaders.

During the 8 day journey we will participate in a Puja (cleansing ceremony) at the local Shiva Temple, we will visit ancient meditation caves, celebrate with the locals at the evening Aarti (fire ceremony), we will hike up the Himalayas to a Durga temple, practice with a local teacher. And more!

Our accommodation is a gem! Almost secretly hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the amazing streets of Laksman Jhula - where you will find an abundance of food, shopping and entertainment. Our resort is an oasis with birds, flowers and trees. There we will be served homegrown, organic and vegetarian food. We will enjoy our morning and evening practice here, taught by Kristina. And we will find rest at the double rooms facing The Ganges.
